Campers with Brain Injury Association are going to enjoy a day of
Kayaking at Willow Springs Lake
Willow Springs Lake Boat Ramp - 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Come enjoy kayaking as part of the Brain Injury Association Camp Brain on Willow Springs Lake surrounded by beautiful pine trees. Campers must be registered with Brain Injury Association in order to kayak.
Willow Springs Lake is located in the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest about 30 miles east of Payson, AZ off of Hwy 260.
***DISCLAIMER: If you have had hardware placement/instrumentation in the past 12 months, or are less than one year post injury, you are ineligible to participate unless you show written consent from your physician.***

You will be asked to provide information about each athlete. This includes contact information, and current medical conditions.

WAIVERS
We need everyone who is coming to the event to sign a Participation Waiver & Media Release; this includes friends, family members & caregivers.
NOTE: YOU ONLY NEED TO SIGN THE WAIVERS ONCE PER CALENDAR YEAR!
