REGISTRATION
Come enjoy a day of outdoor adventure water sports on Bartlett Lake. We'll have water skiing, wake surfing, wake boarding, fishing, kayaking and tubing rides. We’ll take the top-deck boat out as well for you to enjoy the lake and go for a slide into the water!
If you’re new to outdoor adventure water sports, check out the description of the activities to help you decide what you’d like to do.
You will be asked to provide information about each athlete and guest. This includes contact information, medical conditions, and what activities you’d like to participate in.

WAIVERS
We need everyone who is coming to the event to sign a Participation Waiver & Media Release; this includes friends, family members & caregivers.
NOTE: YOU ONLY NEED TO SIGN THE WAIVERS ONCE PER CALENDAR YEAR!
